Pre Orders

Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipping preorders, but where possible we aim to ship within 1 week.

August Night offers free shipping in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Once your order is received it will be processed within 1-3 working days. We will personally package and gift wrap your order as they are being sent out, using a An Post Tracked postal service. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. 

For Northern Irish customers- to avail of free shipping, please manually enter your address and add Ireland as the country.

Shipping to Europe is now available with An Post Registered service at a flat fee of €15 and comes with a tracking number.

For International customers, August Night is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes arising from posting to your country.

when gift wrapping your purchase for shipping we use recycled gift boxes, recycled tissue paper, degradable mailing bags and organic fair trade cotton dust bags.

Returns

We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with the product you purchase on this site. However in the event that you wish to return an item, when you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 14 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods must only be returned if they are unused, unopened, in their original condition. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.

Once your email or correspondence has been acknowledged, please return your good(s) by Registered/ Tracked Post with their original packaging and in perfect condition within 10 days of receiving them. If the returned item is deemed to be undamaged, unsoiled and unworn and in perfect condition, refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and we will refund the cost of the item(s) purchased. A registered post label must be attached to the delivery. Please make sure that you receive a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your post office or courier. Please note all items must be returned as new, unworn and returned in its original packaging. We regret that we do not refund outgoing or incoming postage, refunds will be made for the cost of the item only.
